Teaching the whole child

When we supply our children with tools to be healthy in mind and spirit, children flourish while learning. The first step for academic success is to build a foundation that will support children as they learn.

What do we teach children?

The concepts that we teach children provide them with the foundation that supports academic success. The six concepts are: Appreciation, Sharing, Conscience, Choices, Differences, and Self-Esteem. The result is a more compassionate child.

Why the program is successful

The concepts we teach children allow each child to connect to themselves, flourish and discover their talent. The program provides an opportunity for the child to have a deepened awareness and acceptance of themselves. A child’s self knowledge fosters their ability to connect and accept others.

The outcome is a child with the ability to honor themselves and others.  The adults in the lives of the children we teach are reminded of how these topics impact their lives and the importance of connectedness. Children, parents and teachers alike integrate the topics into their behavior because they understand how they benefit.

How We Work With You: Training Teachers

We recognize that every learning institution is as different as the needs of the children who attend them. That is why we are willing to customize our program to meet teachers objectives. We train teachers and teach the global program in schools, camps, homes and after-school programs.

Children’s book
"You are a marvel. You are unique. In all the years that have passed, there has never been another child like you. Your legs, your arms, your clever fingers, the way you move. You may become a Shakespeare, a Michelangelo, a Beethoven. You have the capacity for anything. Yes, you are a marvel. And when you are a grown up, can you then harm another who is like you a marvel? You must work – we all must work — to make the world worthy of its children."
-- poem by Pablo Casals
